We often take care of our health through a balanced diet, regular exercise, and adequate sleep. Still, we sometimes overlook the energy dimension that reflects our physical and emotional state—the aura, that invisible field that surrounds us and tells the world who we are, without us having to say a word.

What is the aura?

The aura is an energy field surrounding the human body, changing the color and strength according to our physical and psychological state. In energy medicine and spiritual practices such as Reiki or meditation, the aura is viewed as a mirror of our inner being. Every feeling, every thought, every illness leaves its mark on it.

When the body is stressed or ill, the aura becomes weak or dull and may appear to have impurities or holes, according to some beliefs.
